MacMillan Preservation's Building Division is experienced in the Alteration, Extension and Renovation of existing Buildings. All building work is covered by our companies 1 Year Warranty, however for a small additional fee a 10 year Masterbond Warranty is available.

Stone Restoration

We use Linostone, a long established process which provides a simple, speedy and cost effective method to restore stone-like colour, weatherproofing to a wide variety of backgrounds in both renovation works and new construction as an alternative to costly reinstatement in natural new stone.

It is especially useful where spalling stonework is required to be made good and finished to match the existing surrounding sound stone. Any colour of stone can be accurately matched when using Linostone. This process is extensively specified by Local Authorities throughout Scotland.
