MacMillan Preservation & Building was established in 1990 and aims to provide an unrivalled service in the preservation, alteration, extension and renovation of existing buildings.

Using highly skilled craftsmen, safe working practices, the latest technology and the finest materials available, we offer an expert service at very competitive rates.

We issue our 30 Year Guarantee upon all DPC and Timber Treatment Works. For a small additional fee, a fully Protected Guarantee is also available.

A 5 Year Warranty is available on all building work for an additional 1% of the contract price from the NRWB.

We will manage the entire contract from initial planning to final decoration within an estimated time scale if required.
